In order to ensure that your service is available, we do recommend booking your appointment in advance. Our Front Desk Coordinators will do their best to fulfill your request. Please advise us if you are pregnant, have any health concerns or any preferences when scheduling your appointment. A valid credit card is required upon reserving an appointment with the exception of medical services.
A Better You reserves the right to refuse service for any reason at any time.
Please be courteous by providing us with at least 24 hour notice of any changes to your scheduled appointment. Reservations cancelled or changed with less than a 24 hour notice will be subject to a fee in the amount of the services booked. All changes and cancellations must be made by phone.
For medical services, all appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advanced to avoid a fee of $75 that must be paid prior to rescheduling your next appointment.
For your enhanced relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 20-minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late will shorten the time of your service. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
While many people choose to disrobe for massages, facials, or body treatments, please feel free to wear your own under garments, or ask your service provider for disposable under garments.
A Better You strives to maintain a peaceful and sanitary environment for all of our guests. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers, and maintain a quiet level of conversation upon entering. Cell phones or other recording devices are not allowed in the lounges, dressing rooms or treatment rooms. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

We request that there will be no cell phone use on the premises.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the premises due to safety and noise considerations. Certain treatments such as microdermabrasion, facial peels, and massages, require parental consent for clients younger than 16.
A Better You welcomes group bookings. Please call our front desk and we will be happy to assist you with planning your group event. For groups of 6 or more, a 15% service charge and 20% gratuity will be added to the service total.
A Better You is not responsible for any personal belongings. We recommend not bringing items of value on the premises.
In acknowledgment of excellence in service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
Locker, key, robe and slippers are provided with some treatments. Enjoy our Refreshment Bar with infused waters and healthy snacks.
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For verification purposes, please note that a valid Driver’s License is required for ALL credit card transactions. No personal checks will be accepted.

Purchase a series of five 50 or 80 minute treatments and receive the sixth treatment of the same service for free. Series may not be combined with other offers and are non-transferable. All series are non-refundable and valid for two years from the date of purchase.
Gift Cards are available for individual treatments, or any dollar amount. They cannot be redeemed or replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards MUST be present at the time of check-in, and may only be used towards services and products. Gift Card for packages must be redeemed in one visit. All Gift Cards sales are final and valid for one year from the date of purchase.
A Better You may offer different marketing promotions. Terms and conditions apply for each offer. Customers must present in a copy of the offer at the time of check-in. Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotions. Expired promotions will not be honored.
A Better You offers a 10% Military Discount. A current military I.D. required to receive the discount. This cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, groupons, promotions or specials. Discount not available on dermal injections, medical services or body contouring services.
Add-ons may only be purchased in addition to a full length service and are not available as stand-alone services.
A Better You will gladly accept any unopened and unused retail merchandise in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase. We are unable to accept returns on medications, supplements and meal replacement purchases. All acceptable returns must be accompanied with the original sales receipt. We will refund credit card purchases to the original card used. For purchases made by cash, we will mail a refund check within five business days of the return.
